About the project
A portal that manages Moohan Technical Translation projects from start to finish. In-house staff create projects and work orders and assign them to freelance translators and agencies, who take the work and deliver it in their own screens.
Real volume is calculated from client rates and weights for CAT match bands, and amounts in several currencies are converted to won for billing and settlement. Patent translations are kept in their own list with filing details.
The portal has been in daily use since early 2026, and HankyeulLab continues to host and maintain it. Users move to the QA system with a single login.

From request to settlement
Projects and work orders
Client, pricing and work orders are entered on one screen, project and work order numbers are assigned automatically, and totals are converted to won.
Offers and delivery
Freelancers receive offer emails and accept or decline them, then deliver accepted work as files in the vendor screens. Changes trigger an update email.
Vendor management
Profiles and rates for freelance translators and agencies are kept in one place, with their availability visible when assigning work.
Weighted volume
Each client has weights for thirteen CAT match bands, and the weighted volume is calculated and locked in when a work order is created.
Patent list
Patent translations live in a separate list with filing type, publication number and applicant, and import from and export to Excel.
Terms and accounting
A term database by language pair and domain is shared with freelancers. Payment status for clients and vendors is updated in bulk, and earnings are shown in won with exchange rates applied.
