About the project
World K Group is a study abroad agency that helps students from Vietnam, Nepal and China enter Korean universities. The website had to serve two very different visitors: students looking at their options, and Korean university staff who want to recruit international students.
The home page splits the two paths right away, leading students to counseling requests and universities to partnership inquiries. We designed a seventeen-page sitemap first and built the site on the HankyeulLab site platform.
After launch we added a staffing services menu on request and turned the notices into a board the agency posts to from the admin pages. HankyeulLab also hosts and supports the site.

Two paths: students and universities
Two paths on the home page
Study counseling for students and partnerships for universities are separated on the home page, so each visitor goes straight to their own path.
Six admission steps
Counseling, choosing a university and major, preparing and checking documents, applying, admission and visa, and departure and settling in are shown in order.
Support for universities
Local recruiting and promotion, application intake, document verification, admission and visa paperwork, settling-in support and follow-up reports are laid out for universities.
Three inquiry forms
Counseling requests, university partnership inquiries and general questions arrive through separate forms and are emailed to staff, with reCAPTCHA against automated submissions.
Notice board
Notices written or edited in the admin pages appear on the site right away, with a list, search, and previous and next links.
Search settings
Every page has a search description and structured data, and the sitemap and robots.txt also allow AI search crawlers.
